If shopping for an E-collar (we have one recommended on our training tools list) please remember to talk with a trainer before use! While they are great tools for recall training it is easy to miss use them and inflect phycological damage, I recommend always testing the settings on yourself first!

My Story

One day I was just a little bear-like fur ball and mum decided to bestow upon me a name. My first name would represent what she would hope I’d grow into. SeQuoi, named after the giant red Sequoia Trees on the west coast of the United States. She wanted me to grow big and strong, which I think I’ve lived up to so far! My second name, would be after what I was to her. A fox look-a-like, Tenko is Japanese for heavily fox, and I was the angel she needed to come save her. My dream is to one day be mum’s lead dog with a team of other sled dogs, for now I get to practice with some teams, and I also pull mum around on skis! I told mum we needed to make a website so we can easily answer some of our most common questions! Feel free to explore the site to learn more about things I use in my everyday life, favorite foods, and how we create our photos!

Favorite Eats

Mum only lets me have highly digestible treats. That means no raw hide. I eat tendons, organs, esophagus’s of many different types of animals along with bone marrow treats! I am fed a raw food diet. You can use code "quoi10" to save on your purchase of Raw Fed K9!

How We Make My Photos

Right now, mum uses a Canon 5 D Markiii, the auto focus isn’t great on objects moving towards her, so she recommends you don’t just buy the camera we use, but do research to find out what will work for you! The lens we use the most is a 24-70 lens with an aperture of 2.8 but that’s not the only thing that makes our photos great! We use Lightroom presets which you can find here.

How Mum Keeps Track of Me

Right now we use a Fi Collar incase I ever run off. It alerts mum if I am away from her or outside my  boundary. You can save $25 with code "sequoi25". It works best in areas that have cell towers around. I have chased moose into the mountains, and mum was able to find me with this collar!
